Qualifications
Solid sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively.
Product knowledge or interest in jewelry, beauty, and fashion, including materials, styles, and trends relevant to imitation jewelry and cosmetics.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain product perks, handle questions, and provide courteous support.
Basic retail operations skills, such as POS handling, cash management, inventory awareness, and adherence to store policies.
Attention to detail and a focus on presentation and hygiene, ensuring displays, counters, and products are well-organized and appealing.
Ability to work in office full time, including weekends and peak shopping hours, and to stand for extended periods as required in a retail environment.
Prior retail or jewelry sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a robust customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
