Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for our interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed as per design, quality, and safety standards within the scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate interior site activities including civil, electrical, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, plumbing, and finishing works.
Monitor work progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure availability of materials, labor, and equipment in office.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain daily site reports, material records,



and attendance.
Address and resolve any in office issues or conflicts.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the site.

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
Proven experience in managing interior fit-out works
Strong knowledge of interior materials, technical details, and execution procedures
Ability to read and understand architectural & MEP drawings
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
