Accounts Manager – Jewellery Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a CA/CMA qualification to manage the complete accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting functions of a jewellery business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.
Manage jewellery inventory accounting, including gold, diamond, stock, wastage and making charges.
Monitor purchases, sales, receivables, payables and cash flow.
Conduct regular bank, cash, customer, vendor and inventory reconciliations.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other external professionals.
Ensure accurate financial records,



internal controls and timely month-end/year-end closing.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Provide financial reports and insights to management.

Candidate Profile
CA / CMA qualified.
Relevant experience in jewellery, retail, manufacturing preferred.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and financial accounting.
Positive understanding of jewellery inventory and stock accounting.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Robust analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage the accounts function.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
