To coordinate and monitor the complete vehicle repair process, ensuring timely job completion, proper communication between customers, technicians, and service advisors, and adherence to dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control all open repair orders/job cards.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians for timely job completion.
Track vehicle repair status and ensure jobs are completed within promised timelines.
Follow up on pending parts, additional repairs, approvals, and technical issues.
Ensure proper job card documentation and updates in the DMS.
Monitor technician productivity and job progress.
Coordinate vehicle movement between reception, workshop, washing and delivery areas.
Identify delays and escalate critical cases to the Service Manager.
Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.
Prepare daily MIS reports on job status, pending jobs and workshop performance.
Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards and 5S.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of automobile workshop operations.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of DMS/workshop software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs.
Experience: 2–5 years in an automobile dealership/workshop preferred.
