Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented

Junior Photographer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, along with hands-on experience in photography and basic editing. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow, learn from experienced creatives, and contribute to exciting projects across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing photo shoots (studio and on-location)
Capture high-quality images for marketing, social media, advertising, and events
Support senior photographers during shoots (lighting setup, equipment handling, framing assistance)
Edit and retouch images using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
Organize, manage, and archive digital image files
Maintain photography equipment and ensure proper handling
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams
Stay updated with photography trends and creative techniques

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media,



or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of qualified photography experience (internships count)
Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop)
Understanding of lighting techniques (natural and studio lighting)
Strong portfolio showcasing photography skills
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours when required

Preferred Skills
Experience with product, lifestyle, event, or commercial photography
Basic knowledge of videography
Familiarity with social media content trends
Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
