Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor spring-making machines as per production requirements.
Set and adjust machine parameters for different spring sizes and specifications.
Ensure springs are produced as per quality standards and specifications.
Check the dimensions, shape, tension, and overall quality of springs during production.
Carry out basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor/maintenance team.
Maintain proper production records and update shift-wise output.
Ensure proper feeding of raw materials and avoid material wastage.
Follow safety procedures and use required PPE while operating the machine.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and work area.
Support preventive maintenance activities as required.
Achieve daily production and quality targets.
Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor/Section In-charge.

Required Skills
23 years of experience in operating spring-making or similar manufacturing machines.




Basic knowledge of machine setting and operation.
Ability to read and understand basic production/quality specifications.
Valuable understanding of workplace safety practices.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.
Positive discipline and team-working ability.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / 10th or equivalent , preferably with relevant manufacturing experience.
