Position: Planning Engineer Civil

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Locations: Mumbai / Sion / Powai - Project Sites

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering

Preferred: M.E./M.Tech / NICMAR
Experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control using Primavera P6.
Prepare Baseline Schedules (L1/L2/L3), Construction Programmes, Micro Plans, Look-ahead Schedules and S-Curves.
Monitor project progress, prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, Delay Reports and Progress Reports.
Prepare forecast schedules and coordinate with project teams for timely availability of manpower, materials and other resources.
Coordinate with Engineering teams for timely GFC drawing submissions.
Assist in Client/PMC review meetings and prepare project progress presentations.
Identify schedule deviations/delays and support corrective and recovery planning.
Valuable communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
