Job Purpose The Key Account Executive (eCommerce) is responsible for driving business growth across online marketplace accounts by managing day-to-day customer operations, executing promotional plans, tracking sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer partnerships.
The role works closely with internal cross-functional teams and external eCommerce partners to deliver sales, market share, and profitability objectives
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage day-to-day operations of assigned eCommerce accounts.
Build and maintain solid relationships with marketplace partners.
Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) and customer growth initiatives.
Coordinate account reviews and business performance discussions. Sales Business Growth
Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive assortment expansion, product availability, and online visibility.
Identify growth prospects through category and customer insights

Promotions Marketing Execution
Execute promotional calendars across marketplace platforms
. - Coordinate banner placements, brand stores, and visibility activities.
Work with marketing teams to ensure effective campaign deployment.
Track campaign ROI and recommend optimization opportunities.
Data Performance Analytics
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and market share performance.
Prepare regular business reviews and sales reports.
Monitor key KPIs including GMV, NSV, ROAS, inventory availability, and profitability.
Generate actionable insights to drive growth. Operations Supply Chain Collaboration
Partner with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure stock availability.
