Job Summary The Lead Automation Engineer is responsible to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of cloud-based applications deployed on Microsoft Azure. The role requires expertise in automated testing using C# and .NET, cloud validation, and Azure DevOps-driven quality engineering. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Digital solutions team supporting in Acute care diagnostics located in Bengaluru and will be in office.

Responsibilities
Design and Develop Cloud Automation Solutions to streamline cloud operations and engineering workflows.
Automate Cloud Infrastructure to provision, configure, and manage cloud environments consistently and securely.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release processes to improve delivery speed and quality.
Develop and execute verification strategies, test plans, and test cases for cloud-hosted applications.

Requirements
8+ years of software verification and test automation experience.




Proficiency in C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python, and automation scripting to develop reusable automation solutions and cloud utilities.
Robust experience of automation of cloud applications, preferably Azure.
Hands-on experience with Terraform/Bicep and automated provisioning of cloud infrastructure and environments.
Expertise in Git, CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, setting management, and deployment orchestration.

Preferred Experience
Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare and Medical Devices is an added advantage.
Experience with IoT or connected-device ecosystems is an advantage.
