We are looking for an IT Recruiter with strong approach skills and monthly closure capability for paid training programs.
Key Requirements:
Ability to generate leads and approach candidates for paid training programs
Solid convincing and counseling skills to convert inquiries into enrollments
Responsible for achieving monthly admission/closing targets
Experience in handling student/candidate queries and explaining training perks clearly.
Positive communication and follow-up skills to maintain conversion ratio
Ability to work with marketing and HR team for lead conversion

Lead generation + candidate conversion
Monthly enrollment/closing targets
Strong negotiation and counseling ability
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
