AVI8 Flight Academy is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to handle student enquiries, explain our training programmes, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and respond to enquiries received through advertisements, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Understand students’ career goals and explain suitable courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Counsel students and parents about Pilot Training, Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, and Interview Preparation programmes.
Follow up regularly with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule counselling sessions and academy visits.
Address questions and concerns with accurate course information.
Achieve agreed monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain updated lead records and follow-up reports in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Assist with admission documentation and payment follow-ups.
Requirements
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.
Experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or admission counselling.
Confidence in handling phone calls and face-to-face enquiries.
Solid follow-up, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
Ability to work towards monthly targets.
Previous experience in an educational institute is preferred.
