Quality Laboratory
Ensure compliance with Plant Safety, PPE, GMP, GDP and ALCOA+ requirements.
Perform non-woven product and raw material testing as per SOP, ASTM/ISO and customer standards.
Conduct GSM, thickness, tensile, elongation, air permeability, strike-through, rewet, etc.
Handle sample collection, conditioning, testing, retention and documentation.
Prepare accurate test reports and COA; manage OOS/abnormal results and material holds.
Maintain lab equipment, calibration, verification and basic troubleshooting.
Support RCA, CAPA, 7 QC Tools and quality improvement activities.
Maintain SOPs, test methods and laboratory records.
Train team members on testing procedures and communicate quality issues effectively.
