Walvekar Construction is hiring a Junior Civil Site Engineer for an ongoing industrial project in Talegaon.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with limited experience who want hands-on exposure to industrial construction environments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in site execution and supervision of industrial civil works
Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work on-site
Support in measurement, billing quantities, and BOQ tracking
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Ensure proper use of materials and workforce

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Basic knowledge of industrial construction practices
Familiarity with drawings and site execution processes
Solid communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work full time on-site

Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
Candidate based in Pune / willing to relocate to Talegaon
Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn in office execution
