Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing actors, creators and influencers.
Handle talent schedules, client coordination, shoots and campaigns.
Coordinate with brands, agencies, production houses and other industry specialists.
Prepare talent profiles, proposals, rate cards and deal details.
Handle contracts, invoices and payment follow-ups.
Generate current business and sales opportunities for the agency.
Reach out to brands, agencies and potential clients for collaborations.
Pitch talent and negotiate commercials to close good deals.
Maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
Take ownership of deals from enquiry to closure.
Incentives Performance-based incentives will be provided for business/deals independently generated and successfully closed by the candidate above a certain target mentioned by the company.
Requirements
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and sales ability.
Proactive and target-oriented.
Good understanding of social media and the entertainment industry.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–6 PM | Saturday as required if shoot the Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
