Role: Junior Manager - Procurement
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Roles & Responsibility:
Manage sourcing and procurement of castings and engineering components.
Identify and develop recent suppliers and manage existing vendors.
Handle RFQs, costing, negotiations, and supplier finalization.
Drive cost reduction, alternate supplier development, and localization.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust experience in castings and foundry supplier development.
Experience in Metal, Steel, Foundry, Heavy Engineering, or Manufacturing.
Good knowledge of casting processes, costing, and vendor development.
Robust negotiation and supplier management skills.
SAP/ERP experience preferred.
