Job Title: Lab Technician Company: Karunya Sugalaya Diabetes and Research Centre Location: KUMBAKONAM Reporting To: Head of Department (HOD) Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and responsible Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory tests, sample collection, processing, and maintain accurate patient records while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Collect and process blood and other patient samples.
Perform routine laboratory investigations as per protocols.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of samples.
Maintain accurate test reports and laboratory records.
Follow infection-control, safety, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory.





Qualification
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology / B.Sc.

Medical Laboratory

Technology - Valid registration/certification where applicable.

Experience
0–3 years of experience in a hospital/diagnostic laboratory.
Freshers with relevant qualification may also be considered.

Skills
Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures.
Sample collection and handling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good communication and teamwork.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
