Description- Job Title: Backend Developer (Golang + Python)
Role Overview : We are looking for a highly hands-on Backend Developer with 7–9 years of experience in Golang and Python to design and build scalable backend systems. This role requires strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on production-grade systems. You will be actively involved in writing clean, efficient code, designing APIs, and contributing to system architecture for high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs
Write high-quality, production-ready code in Golang and Python
Build scalable and reliable systems with a focus on performance and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems
Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability

Core Technical Requirements - Golang (Primary Focus):
Strong hands-on experience in Go programming
Deep understanding of: Goroutines and concurrency patterns Channels and synchronization (mutexes, wait groups, etc.)




Proven experience in building backend services or microservices using Go
Strong coding skills with emphasis on: Performance optimization
Error handling Writing clean, maintainable code
Good understanding of REST API design
Familiarity with gRPC and Prometheus (good to have, not mandatory)
Python Strong experience in backend development using Python
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: Django / Django REST Framework Flask FastAPI
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of: Database design (SQL/NoSQL) API security, authentication, and authorization
Ability to write efficient, scalable backend logic

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with distributed systems and messaging queues
Familiarity with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
