We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our

Finance & Accounts team.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on

accounting experience, with strong knowledge of Tally, bookkeeping, account

finalization, GST, and TDS. This role is suitable for someone who is confident in handling day-to-day accounting activities and wants to build their career in Finance & Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases,

receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation of

financial transactions.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices,

vendor/customer ledgers, and follow-ups.

• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve

discrepancies.

• Assist with account finalization and month-end/year-end closing activities.

• Maintain and prepare GST and TDS records and support timely statutory

compliance.

• Coordinate with the CA/Finance team for GST, TDS, and other accountingrelated requirements.

• Prepare basic MIS reports, financial statements, and accounting reports as

required.





• Maintain proper records of expenses, payments, receipts, and other financial

documents.

• Support inventory accounting and stock reconciliation, where required.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience as a Junior Accountant / Accountant.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime.

• Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.

• Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.

• Experience in account finalization.

• Good knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, AP/AR, and

journal entries.

• Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally, bookkeeping, GST, TDS, and

account finalization will be preferred.

• Candidates who can independently manage routine accounting activities are

encouraged to apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
