Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Manager
Manage and lead the showroom sales team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Drive showroom sales through effective team management and follow-ups.
Ensure proper product presentation and showroom operations.
Train and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Sales Consultant
Attend customers and understand their furniture requirements.
Provide detailed product information and suitable recommendations.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve assigned individual sales targets.




Ensure a smooth and skilled customer experience throughout the sales process.

⭐ Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in Royal Oak/ is MANDATORY.
Candidates with relevant furniture/showroom sales experience will be preferred.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of sales processes and target achievement.
Local candidates from Jabalpur will be preferred.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period may be preferred. Salary

Salary: Negotiable for experienced candidates Salary will be discussed based on experience, skills and previous Royal Oak experience.
