Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IPQA Executive / Senior IPQA Executive to ensure effective in-process quality assurance across manufacturing and packaging operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with GMP, quality systems, in-process controls, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Perform line clearance for manufacturing and packing activities.
Monitor manufacturing processes as per approved BMR and SOPs.
Conduct in-process checks such as pH, viscosity, temperature and appearance.
Ensure GMP, hygiene and safety compliance.
Verify weighing, dispensing and raw material usage.
Monitor filling, labelling, coding and packaging operations.
Review BMR, BPR, logbooks and production documentation.




Identify and investigate deviations and non-conformities.
Coordinate with Production and QC for quality compliance.
Support CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy or related field.
1–4 years of experience in IPQA/QA.
Positive knowledge of GMP, SOPs, GDP and quality documentation.
Experience in BMR/BPR review and in-process quality checks.
Robust attention to detail and coordination skills.

Location - Palghar, Kolgaon, Maharastra Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
