Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day production activities.
Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision.
Follow production schedules and work instructions.
Maintain quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform basic machine handling and troubleshooting.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.
Support senior operators and the production team.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
Follow company safety rules and SOPs.
Required Skills:
Basic technical knowledge of machines and production processes.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting.
Positive discipline and attendance.
Teamwork and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts.
