We are seeking a skilled and reliable ITI Fitter to join our production and maintenance team for the NIGHT SHIFT. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and production equipment. Because you will be working overnight when technical support is minimal, you must have the ability to work independently, handle breakdown maintenance swiftly, and ensure continuous plant operations with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities & DutiesMaintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform breakdown maintenance on plant machinery during the night shift to keep production active.
Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules to avoid sudden machine failures.
Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, structural wear, or pneumatic/hydraulic system failures.

Assembly & Fabrication
Assemble and fit recent mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and machines based on engineering blueprints and drawings.




Cut, shape, file, and drill raw materials to exact measurements using tools like lathes, grinders, and drilling machines.
Perform easy welding, tapping operations as required to modify or fix metal components.

Operations & Quality Control
Monitor operational machinery continuously throughout the shift to ensure standard performance parameters.
Inspect finished parts and assembled systems using precision measuring tools
Log shift maintenance reports, recording parts replaced, actions taken, and tasks requiring transition to the morning shift crew.

Safety & Night Protocols
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
