Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy applications.
Configure and enhance BMC Remedy AR System, forms, active links, filters, escalations, and workflow.
Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, reconciliation rules, datasets, and data models.
Configure and manage Digital Workplace (DWP) Catalog services and workflows.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop integrations between BMC Helix and third-party applications.

Mandatory Skills
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM/Remedy Development.
Robust experience in
BMC Remedy AR System
BMC CMDB
BMC Digital Workplace (DWP) Catalog
ITSM Modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request)
Experience in workflow development using Filters, Active Links, Escalations, Menus, and Forms.
Knowledge of REST API integrations and web services.
Exposure to at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Robust knowledge of SQL Queries, Database Design, and Troubleshooting.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
