We're Hiring: Junior Purchase Order / Accounts Payable Clerk

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to join our accounts team and learn purchase order and payables work from the ground up. This is an entry-level role - ideal if you're early in your accounting career, eager to learn, and take pride in getting the details right. You'll work closely with an experienced team member who'll guide and train you.

What you'll do
Raise and track purchase orders and keep them tied to approved requisitions
Match POs, goods receipts, and vendor invoices, and flag anything that doesn't line up
Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and on time
Help maintain vendor records and follow up on billing queries
Keep procurement and payment paperwork organized and audit-ready
Support the team with basic reconciliations and month-end tasks as you grow

What we're looking for




0–2 years of experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or a similar role (freshers welcome)
A diploma or degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
Comfort with Excel and a willingness to learn accounting/ERP software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
Solid attention to detail and a methodical, organized approach
Good communication skills and a positive, teachable attitude

Nice to have
Familiarity with GST basics
Any internship or hands-on exposure to invoicing or accounts
