We are looking for a dedicated Junior Engineer to handle daily production activities, monitor machinery operations, and ensure seamless coordination with the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle production activities and monitor machinery operations.
Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate effectively with the maintenance department.
Ensure production outputs strictly meet quality and process requirements.
Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ability to work comfortably in shifts.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Key Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical machinery/processes, reading engineering drawings, and handling measuring instruments.
Soft Skills: Valuable communication and robust teamwork abilities.
Compensation & Work Hours:
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
