It involves building and enhancing a technology-driven InsurTech and Consumer Services platform supporting digital protection, claims, payments, and customer service workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
Write productive, scalable, and maintainable code using data structures and algorithms.
Support cloud deployment, application performance, debugging,



and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and participate in code reviews.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming.
Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud-based application deployment.
Understanding of system design, scalability, and application performance.
Valuable debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
