We are hiring a Junior Event Execution Executive who is passionate about the events industry and interested in working on live events, exhibitions, corporate events, activations, and experiential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end event execution.
Coordinate with production, creative, logistics, and vendor teams.
Support event setup, branding, fabrication, and installation.
Assist during rehearsals, event launches, conferences, and live events.
Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Assist with venue inspections and event-day requirements.
Monitor event execution as per approved plans and timelines.
Support the team in resolving on-ground operational challenges.
Assist with post-event dismantling and closure activities.
