Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire current customers for Micro LAP and Micro Business Loans.
Conduct field visits and develop business through the local market.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve assigned monthly business targets.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
Freshers: Candidates interested in field sales are also eligible.
Education: Any Graduate.
PUC candidates: Experienced PUC candidates can also be considered.
Local candidates: Preferred, with valuable knowledge of the local market.
Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
Salary & Incentives
Freshers: Up to 2.40 LPA
Experienced Candidates: Up to 3.00 LPA
Monthly Target: Minimum 15 Lakhs business
Incentives: Slab-based incentive ranging from 0.30% to 1.50%, based on performance.
