Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscape Horticulturist to oversee the aesthetic appeal, health, and maintenance of our resort’s sprawling green landscapes, indoor plants, and manicured gardens. You will lead a team of gardeners to create a breathtaking natural environment that enhances our guests' overall experience.Key Responsibilities
Landscape Maintenance: Supervise daily upkeep of lawns, flower beds, hedges, water bodies, and pathways.
Plant Care &
Health:

Monitor plant, shrub, and tree health; diagnose and treat pests, plant diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and manage the daily tasks of groundskeeping and gardening staff.
New Plantings &
Design:

Plan and execute seasonal floral displays, new landscaping projects, and aesthetic enhancements across the resort grounds.
Irrigation Management: Oversee automated and manual watering systems, ensuring efficient water use and proper drainage.
Guest Experience: Ensure outdoor areas are clean,



secure, and visually pristine before peak guest hours.
Inventory &
Supplies:

Manage inventory for fertilizers, seeds, tools, and safety equipment.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in landscape maintenance or resort/hospitality horticulture.
Skills: Strong knowledge of regional flora, soil types, pest control, and pruning techniques.
Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
