We are looking for an experienced Lead ReactJS Developer to lead the development of up-to-date, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend architecture, API integration, and team leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for designing technical solutions, leading frontend development, reviewing code, mentoring developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
Define and maintain frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
Develop reusable and maintainable UI components.
Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services with frontend applications.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
6+ years of experience in frontend/web application development.




4+ years of strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and preferably TypeScript.
Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern UI development.
Strong experience with React Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and reusable components.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar.
Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party API integrations.
Experience with frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar.
Good understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab and version-control practices.
Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
