Hiring lead Aviation trainer for my current startup.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct CPL ground classes (DGCA syllabus).
Deliver Cabin Crew & Ground Staff training.
Develop study material, mock tests, and assessments.
Mentor students for interviews and airline preparation.
Maintain training records and batch performance.
Ensure DGCA and aviation industry standards are followed.
Requirements
3+ years of aviation training or airline experience.
Strong knowledge of DGCA CPL subjects and cabin crew operations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Instructor certification is an advantage.
Employment Type: Full time / Freela
Pay: ₹250,691.80 - ₹997,503.08 per year
