Job Summary

We are looking for a Laptop & Desktop Sales Associate who can assist customers in selecting the right laptops, desktops, and related accessories. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of computer products, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, and accessories based on customer needs and budget.
Explain product features, specifications, brands, and benefits in a simple way.
Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
Promote related products such as laptop bags, accessories, software, and warranties.
Handle customer queries, returns, and warranty-related concerns professionally.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain sales records.




Keep product displays clean, organized, and updated.
Assist with stock checking, restocking, and inventory updates.
Stay updated with new laptop models, computer products, and technology trends.
Follow up with customers after sales when required.
Assist customers with basic product setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements
Experience in Laptop, Desktop, Computer, Electronics, IT Hardware, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops, operating systems, and computer accessories.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
