Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign work to engineering/maintenance staff.
Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, pumps, generators, and other engineering systems.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and staff facilities.
Attend to guest complaints and maintenance requests promptly.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B;, and other departments for maintenance requirements.
Maintain proper records of maintenance work, equipment breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor the condition and performance of machinery, equipment, and utility systems.
Ensure proper usage and availability of engineering tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair and maintenance work.




Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, fire safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
Monitor energy and water consumption and support initiatives to reduce operational costs.
Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and with minimum disruption to hotel operations.
Train and guide maintenance team members on proper procedures and safety practices.
Conduct regular rounds and report major technical issues to the Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager.
Maintain proper documentation of AMC, service reports, equipment records, and maintenance checklists.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
