Manage end-to-end logistics activities covering vehicle placement, dock allocation, yard movement and FG dispatch.
Plan and monitor daily dispatches in alignment with production and customer requirements.
Coordinate with transporters and Central Logistics for timely vehicle placement and routing.
Manage dock allocation and ensure smooth vehicle movement with minimum waiting and congestion.
Monitor vehicle reporting, loading, gate-out and overall dispatch TAT.




Track yard occupancy and coordinate internal movement of trucks, forklifts and other MHE.
Monitor transporter performance, delivery adherence, transit delays and POD closure.
Ensure accurate dispatch documentation including invoices, LR, e-Way Bills, packing lists and gate passes.
Maintain logistics MIS, TAT dashboards, dispatch reports and related SAP/WMS/TMS updates.
Ensure compliance with vehicle safety, loading, EHS and applicable transport regulations.

Ideal Candidate
4–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup
Hands-on experience in warehouse / logistics / dispatch operations
Experience with FG dispatch, vehicle placement, dock or yard management
Exposure to SAP MM/WM/EWM/TM/SD or relevant logistics systems
Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
Good coordination with Warehouse, Production, Security, Transporters and Logistics teams
Robust problem-solving, follow-up and communication skills
