Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities.
Attend guest room and public area maintenance requests promptly.
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor civil repairs
Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to hotel standards
-Coordinate with other departments to resolve maintenance issues.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
Experience in hotel maintenance is an advantage(Fresher with technical Qualifications may also apply)
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shift and as part of a team.
