You'll work directly with our Social Media Executive, supporting the planning, shooting, and publishing of content for our clients and for Brimbus. It's a hands-on role where you'll learn how a creative agency runs social media end to end.
What you'll do
Assist the Social Media Executive with content calendars, captions, and hashtag and trend research
Support on-location and in-studio shoots (reels, product, brand, and event content): setup, shot lists, props, and coordination on the day
Shoot and edit short-form videos and photos for reels and stories
Schedule and publish posts as directed, and keep client accounts organised
Monitor comments and DMs and flag anything significant to the team
Help compile weekly performance reports
Coordinate with the design and content teams to keep deliverables on time
What we're looking for
0–1 year of experience, with internship experience in social media or content creation
Hands-on exposure to shoots (assisting or shooting)
Working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite
Basic editing skills with CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Premiere Pro
Positive written English (Kannada or Hindi is a plus)
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a team

Sample reels or pages you've worked on
Basic photography or videography skills
