Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machine safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and cutting layouts.
Load and verify CNC laser cutting programs before production.
Set machine parameters such as:
Cutting speed
Laser power
Gas pressure
Focus position
Nozzle selection
Load and position raw materials correctly on the machine.
Ensure proper alignment and accurate cutting of components.
Monitor machine operation and identify cutting defects or abnormalities.
Perform first-piece inspection and dimensional checks using measuring instruments.
Maintain required cutting quality and dimensional accuracy.
Remove and properly identify finished components after cutting.
Record production quantities, material usage, rejection, and downtime.
Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of the laser machine.
Check and maintain nozzles, lenses, gas lines, and other consumable parts.




Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, and abnormal conditions to the supervisor.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
Minimize material wastage and optimize sheet utilization.
Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and production area.
Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work instructions.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, and Design teams when required.

Pay: ₹11,458.35 - ₹45,401.69 per month
