Key Responsibilities
Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Load CNC programs and make basic offset adjustments when required.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
Monitor machine performance and identify machining issues.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Maintain a secure and clean work setting by following safety procedures.

Knowledge of CNC machining processes.
