Responsibilities
Design scalable full stack solutions using .NET, Azure and React
Lead technical delivery of user stories from estimation through implementation and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs and convert them into technical requirements
Produce technical artifacts and documentation to enable solution design and development
Coach and mentor engineers throughout the software development lifecycle
Integrate AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle
Implement agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools
Develop and maintain backend systems, including SQL-based data solutions
Use Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions to deliver cloud-based solutions





Requirements
Proven track record with 9+ years as a full stack engineer using .NET, Azure and React
Solid backend development background, including SQL
Proficiency in architectural design and end-to-end solution planning
Demonstrated experience leading teams and handling stakeholder communication across the development process
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Functions and Durable Functions
Working knowledge of AI SDLC practices
Understanding of implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft tools

Nice to have
Understanding of the Insurance value chain from submission to policy issuance, including quoting and binding
Familiarity with specialty products in Excess lines such as Excess Casualty, Skilled Liability, Medical Liability, Products and Contractors
Exposure to Actuarial reserving
