We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL, and a robust understanding of web development and database management.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications:
Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web applications using Python and Django.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Database Management:
Design and manage PostgreSQL databases.
Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
Write clean, maintainable, and productive code.
Follow best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing,



and deployment.
Troubleshooting and Debugging:
Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in the application.
Provide technical support and resolve issues reported by users.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Continuously improve the development process and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of qualified experience in Python and Django development.
Database: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and management.
Web Development: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
