Collection Development
Acquire, catalog, and maintain print and digital resources (books, journals, databases).
Evaluate and weed out outdated materials.
Collaborate with faculty to develop relevant collections.

Information Services
Provide research assistance and reference services.
Conduct literature searches and database training.
Support students, faculty, and staff with information needs.

Library Operations
Manage library staff, circulation, and maintenance.
Ensure library security, accessibility, and comfort.
Oversee library budget and resources.

Digital Library Services
Develop and maintain digital library infrastructure.
Provide e-resource access and troubleshooting.
Promote digital literacy and online resources.

Teaching and Learning Support
Design and deliver information literacy programs.




Collaborate with faculty to integrate library resources into curricula.
Support academic research and projects.

Other Responsibilities
Participate in college committees and task forces.
Engage in career development and networking.
Prepare reports and statistics on library activities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
