Role & Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach across North American and European markets.
Follow structured lead generation playbooks to identify, engage, and nurture decision-makers in target industries.
Log all interactions, track KPIs (call volume, connect rate, lead conversion), and update CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) daily.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, segment audiences, and optimize campaign performance.
Participate in coaching sessions and shadow senior reps to rapidly improve pitch delivery, objection handling, and closing techniques.




Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead quotas while maintaining high-quality engagement standards.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Basic proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Strong phone etiquette and conversational fluency
Comfort with cold outreach and persistence in high-volume environments
Ability to interpret and follow sales playbooks
Willingness to work in shifts including early mornings or late evenings (IST)

Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or tech verticals
Basic understanding of sales funnels or lead qualification frameworks
