Our client is looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead large-scale GIS, Annotation & Labeling, Utility, and Mapping operations .

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end GIS and Annotation & Labeling operations, including planning, resource allocation, delivery, quality, and budgets.
Manage large, diverse teams and drive operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and senior stakeholders .
Understand client requirements and ensure delivery meets quality, timelines, and business expectations.
Drive adoption of recent GIS technologies, tools, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives.
Mentor leadership teams and build a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Represent the organization in leadership meetings, client discussions, conferences,



and industry events.

Requirements
18+ years of overall experience , with 10+ years in Operations Management .
Strong experience in GIS / Annotation & Labeling / Utility / Mapping / Engineering Services .
Strong understanding of the Utility and Mapping ecosystem , client dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations.
Strong customer relationship management skills at mid-to-executive levels.
Experience working with Tier-1 GIS, Utility, Mapping, or Engineering Services clients .
Strong stakeholder management and international client-facing experience.
PMP / PRINCE2 / equivalent Project Management certification preferred/required.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira , etc.
