Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all company licences, registrations, permits, and statutory approvals.
Ensure timely renewal of licences and maintain an updated compliance tracker.
Coordinate with government departments, authorities, and consultants for applications, renewals, and approvals.
Handle documentation related to Factory, Fire, Shops & Establishment, Labour, Pollution, and other applicable licences.
Maintain proper records of licences, certificates, applications, and renewals.
Coordinate for government inspections and ensure required documents are available.
Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and renewals.
Ensure the company remains compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Graduate / relevant qualification.
25 years of experience in licensing, compliance, or government liaison.
Valuable knowledge of statutory licences and renewal procedures.
Robust documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Experience in manufacturing, diamond, or jewellery industry will be an advantage.
