Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise the movement of vehicles, spare parts, and other dealership materials.
Plan and monitor vehicle transportation and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with drivers, transporters, branches, and internal departments.
Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of vehicles and materials.
Maintain records of vehicle movements, deliveries, and logistics activities.
Monitor vehicle loading, unloading, and secure handling.
Track transportation status and resolve delivery-related issues.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounts teams for smooth logistics operations.
Ensure proper documentation such as delivery notes, gate passes, transport documents, etc.
Monitor logistics expenses and support cost-effective transportation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Automobile, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in logistics/transportation operations, preferably in the automobile industry.
Valuable coordination and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle documentation and transportation processes.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to manage multiple activities and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
