We are seeking an analytical and strategic Materials Planning Manager to oversee our end-to-end material planning and inventory control processes. You will lead a team of specialists to sync supplier deliveries with our master production schedule (MPS) to eliminate manufacturing downtime.

Roles and Responsibilities
MRP Systems: Run and validate Material Requirements Planning software parameters to generate accurate purchase requisitions.
Inventory Optimization: Set and maintain safety stock levels to minimize excess and obsolete (E&O;) inventory.
Production Continuity: Track Bills of Materials (BOM) alongside sales demands to guarantee zero stock-outs on the line.
Supplier Collaboration: Share rolling material forecasts with vendors to secure critical material lead times.
Logistics Oversight: Monitor inbound freight, transportation spend, and warehouse receiving schedules.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and coach a dedicated team of material planners and coordinators.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Participate actively in internal Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning.
