Job Summary: We are looking for an L1 Application Network Support Monitoring to join our Operations team. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor applications, servers, and network systems, respond to alerts, and ensure timely escalation as per defined processes. Robust communication skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor applications, servers, and network systems in real time
Track alerts, system performance, and service availability
Log incidents and perform basic L1 troubleshooting
Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams as per process
Perform routine health checks (applications, APIs, servers, network)
Maintain proper documentation and shift handover reports
Follow SOPs and ensure SLA adherence

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Basic understanding of: -Applications and servers

-Networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, ports, connectivity)



-Monitoring concepts (alerts, uptime, latency)
Basic computer and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in rotational 24x7 shifts
Calm and composed during high-priority incidents

Qualification:
0.6 - 1 year / Fresher / Recent graduate (IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred)
Willing to work in night shifts and weekend rotations
Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, MS defender, etc.)
Basic understanding of ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
Knowledge of Linux or Windows basic commands
Awareness of ITIL or incident management concepts
