Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & MIS Reporting
Collect, validate, and maintain data from various healthcare facilities and departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple databases.
Monitor and track operational performance metrics and KPIs.

Data Analysis & Business Insights
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Generate business insights to support management decisions.
Conduct data validation, variance analysis, and root cause analysis.
Develop dashboards and reports for operational and executive review.

Presentation Development:
Prepare skilled presentations for management review, board meetings, and business discussions.
Convert complex data into visually appealing charts, graphs, and dashboards.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly business review presentations.

Reporting & Documentation:
Create and maintain standard reporting formats and templates.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, presentations, and analytical findings.




Ensure confidentiality and security of organisational data.

Required Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM (Healthcare Management, Operations, Business Analytics, Finance, Hospital Administration) or equivalent.
BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or BE graduates with robust analytical skills may also be considered.
0 to 2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Healthcare Operations.

Technical Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards)
MS PowerPoint Presentation Development
Data Analysis and Interpretation
MIS Reporting and Dashboard Preparation
Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite
Basic Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Data Visualisation Tools

Analytical Skills:
Data Validation and Accuracy Management
Trend Analysis and Forecasting
Problem Solving and Critical Thinking
Report Automation and Process Improvement

Preferred Experience:
Experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostic Laboratories, Pharma, or Service Industry.
Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS), Laboratory Information System (LIS), or ERP Software.
Exposure to Business Intelligence and Data Visualisation Tools is preferred.
