Antino is looking for a L1 Support – Store & WH Operations professional to join our Technology / Business Applications team.

What You’ll Do:
Provide L1 support for Wondersoft POS and store operations
Handle application incidents, tickets, troubleshooting & SLA-based resolution
Support NetSuite ERP, inventory, stock and operational transactions
Manage data reconciliation across POS, ERP & connected systems
Support master data, integrations, UAT and recent store setups
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams, internal stakeholders and technology partners
Prepare SOPs, troubleshooting guides and support documentation

What We’re Looking For:
B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT or related field, or MCA
Experience in retail technology, POS, ERP or business application support




Hands-on understanding of retail POS & store operations
Knowledge of ERP, integrations and data flow
Solid troubleshooting, ticket management & SLA management skills
Exposure to SQL, APIs, logs or integration monitoring is a plus
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
