About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with strong exposure to petroleum products / petrochemical trading to drive business growth, develop recent customer relationships and expand the company's market presence across India.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business prospects for petroleum and related products across India.
Identify and acquire new B2B customers, distributors, industrial buyers and trading partners .
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Monitor market trends, product pricing, demand-supply dynamics and competitor activity .
Handle commercial discussions, quotations, pricing and negotiations with customers.
Generate leads through market mapping, networking, industry contacts and field visits.




Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance and operations teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve defined sales, revenue and margin targets.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, market updates and business development reports.

Ideal Candidate
5–10 years of experience in petroleum products, petrochemicals, oil & gas or commodity trading .
Solid experience in B2B sales / business development / trading .
Existing network among industrial customers, distributors, traders or end-users will be an advantage.
Good understanding of petroleum products, pricing and commercial negotiations.
Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel across India for customer meetings and business development.
Candidates with a proven track record of recent business generation and revenue growth are preferred.
